Use of this site constitutes an agreement between you and Lotus Farms to hold Lotus Farms and its sponsors, owners, shareholders and employees harmless against any and all claims related to errors, omissions, or opinions expressed by others.

As a user of Lotus Farms services, you may receive contact information and other data — collectively "Leads" — belonging to other Lotus Farms users, including property seekers, sellers, agents and builders. Lotus Farms retains ownership rights to all such Leads provided to you.

You may use Lead data only for the purpose it was provided to you, must treat it as confidential, and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose or from reselling or passing it on to third parties.

Communication From Lotus Farms

By becoming a member of Lotus Farms, you agree to receive communication from baranwallotusfarms.com and confirm you have no objection to receiving emails, messages, and calls from baranwallotusfarms.com and its partners, clients, affiliates, and members. This consent supersedes any preferences registered by you with the Do Not Disturb (DND) Register or the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).

Payment Terms

Payments for Lotus Farms services are on a 100% advance basis and are non-refundable once subscribed. Lotus Farms provides its services on a best-effort basis, without any guarantee of availability or uptime. In any case, Lotus Farms' liability is limited to a refund of the payment made by the subscriber; Lotus Farms undertakes no liability for free services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel baranwallotusfarms.com services at any time by contacting us through the "Contact" page on our website. However, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount paid, even if the services have not been fully rendered.

Refund Policy

Since baranwallotusfarms.com deals in Real Estate Project and offers Plots — refund policy will be governed by as per Developer Buyer Agreement. Any such refund request will have to be raised to company in writing to management providing supporting documents. No refund requests issued otherwise will be entertained anywhere else.

YouTube/ Instagram/ Facebook

Lotus Farms uses social media platforms like Youtube/ Instagram/ Facebook to display property videos. By viewing these videos, users agree to be bound by the social media platforms Terms of Service.

Warranty

Lotus Farms services are provided to users and subscribers on an "as-is, where-is" basis. Users and subscribers accept all risk relating to condition, use, quality, design, fitness, and suitability.

Jurisdiction

All matters relating to Lotus Farms and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at Faridabad, India.
